Intern (Stageur)
You will gain a work experience quite similar to that of a Business Analyst. The internship period is essential for developing the hard and soft skills needed to make a tangible contribution to your assigned project.
Business Analyst
You will take part in project activities, conduct quantitative analyses and gather information from internal and external sources. From day one, you will interact with Clients, attending meetings gain full exposure to project work. You will be mentored by senior colleagues and receive top-level training in problem structuring, communication, and data analysis.
Associate
You will continue developing quantitative analyses while taking responsability for structuring problems and managing an assigned area of the Project. You will oversee junior colleagues and strengthen your communication and problem-solving skills as your client exposure grows.
Manager
You will manage both a project and a team acting as the link between the Senior Manager/Partner and the Client. You will balance daily operations with overall client relationship management. Strong communication and project management skills will be essential to ensure quality results and measurable impact.
Senior Manager
You will manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition, you will work on two additional areas: establishing a relationship with the Client’s Top Management to be recognized as a leader and trusted advisor, and contributing to the strategy and development of our internal practices. Your main area of evaluation will be Client development, but you will also play an important role in the training and supervision of colleagues with less experience.
Partner
You will become a Partner upon demonstrating the ability to build lasting relationships with clients' Top Management. You will lead initial engagements, define needs, oversee project delivery, and contribute to firm development through content and team growth.
