Selection Process

Our selection process aims to:

• Gain deeper insight into academic and professional background
• Assess problem-solving, analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills
• Evaluate motivation for a consulting career and interest in Join Business

The process consists of four stages, each determining the candidate's progression:

• First step: Phone or in-person interview to assess background and motivation
• Second step: Logical and numerical test to evaluate analytical skills
• Third step: Discussion of at least two business cases with our Managers and Partners to assess problem-solving, business acumen, and communication skills
• Fourth step: Final technical interview with JBMC Top Management to confirm motivation and fit for a consulting career at Join Business
