Upon successful completion of the selection process, Join Business' onboarding program includes:
- For post-graduate candidates, a 6-month internship serves as an essential training period. Upon successful completion and a positive evaluation, candidates may be offered a Business Analyst position. Exceptional candidates may qualify for direct employment based on merit and prior experience.
- For second-year Master's students, we offer a 6-month curricular internship that provides real consulting experience directly on client projects.
- For candidates with prior experience in leading consulting firms, direct entry is possible at the Business Analyst, Associate, or Manager level, depending on profile and tenure.
