Previous experience: Senior Engagement Manager at Value Partners, Engagement Manager at Capgemini Consulting.

Degree in Economics and Business from the Richard M. Goodwin Faculty, Siena; Master's in Corporate & Governance Law; Master's in Fiscal & Tax Consulting.

Married with two daughters.

He has over 15 years of experience as a management consultant, primarily in the banking and insurance sectors, developing Industrial and Digital Transformation Plans, Operating Model redesign projects, BPR and Outsourcing initiatives, Organizational & HR Review programs (Resizing, Post-merger Integration), Cost Optimization, and Customer Support Redesign. Previously, he spent about two years in the corporate world, in the luxury goods sector (Sales & Marketing) and in the Energy sector (Trading and Risk Management).

Previous experience: Associate at Value Partners; Associate Manager at Procter & Gamble; Assistant Risk Manager at Enel Trade.

Degree in Management Engineering from Sapienza University of Rome; Executive Master in Corporate Finance & Banking from SDA Bocconi (2014-15).
